The orchard has been in production for 200 years, founded by our ancestor Issac Howell, a one-eyed sharpshooter in the War of 1812. Issac was given land for his service and by 1820 Issac had settled on what is now Howell Road. Today the 7th and 8th Howell generations continue to grow premium apples, with up to 22 varieties a season, we are confident that you will find your favourite!

Chocolate Sensations was established in 1992. John and Sarah began by doing around 40 craft shows a year and eventually opened up a store in Paris, ON in 2007 and have also opened up a store in Ancaster, ON in 2020.
